Our platform connects customers with registered car detailing shops in General Santos City. We act as a service intermediary to facilitate bookings, payments, and shop management. All users are expected to provide accurate information during registration and booking.
Customers can book services online or through walk-ins. Online payments are securely processed via PayMaya and GCash through PayMongo integration. Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the allowed time stated by the shop. Refunds follow each shop’s policy.
Registered detailing shops must ensure service quality, maintain updated pricing, and provide accurate service information. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
Customers must follow shop rules, attend booked appointments, and make timely payments. Fraudulent or abusive behavior may result in account restriction.
